Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Wall2Wall Security Ltd’s services.
1. Payment Terms:
All payments for services rendered or products purchased are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to secure an initial deposit payment of 40% of any order value for orders in excess of £5,000. Payment of this deposit is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Late Payments:
Any payment not received within the specified 30-day period will be considered late. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 25% of the outstanding balance every 30 days until the account is settled in full.
3. Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or the link provided on your invoice. Please ensure payments are made in the currency specified on the invoice.
4. Credit Checks:
By placing an order, the company acknowledges that a credit search and assessment will be conducted by Wall2Wall Security Ltd. This assessment determines any applicable credit limit for the company’s account. Orders exceeding the approved credit limit may not be processed unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
5. Invoice Disputes:
Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to dispute within this timeframe will be treated as acknowledgment of the invoice’s accuracy.
6. Non-Payment:
In the event of non-payment or default, Wall2Wall Security Ltd reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount, including collection agency involvement or legal action. Associated administration fees will be charged at cost. Goods remain the property of Wall2Wall Security Ltd until full payment is received. We reserve the right to recover our property if payment is not received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Suspension of Services:
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding balances are settled. Wall2Wall Security Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
8. Taxes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction:
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governmental authorities related to services rendered or products purchased. These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK legislation.
9. Refunds:
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Wall2Wall Security Ltd and are subject to our refund policy. Any refunds granted will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Returns:
Returned items must:
- Returned within 14 days of invoice date.
- Be securely packaged in original or suitable protective packaging.
- Include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging where possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
11. Pricing and Product Terms:
All pricing across our product ranges, including sales and hire terms, is subject to change without prior notice. Wall2Wall Security Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices or terms at any time.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers through other appropriate channels.
