Payment Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Wall2Wall Security LTD’s services.

1. Payment Terms:

All payments for services rendered or products purchased are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to secure an initial deposit payment of 40% of any order value for orders in excess of £5,000. Payment of this will be to our Payment Terms.

2. Late Payments:

Any payment not received within the specified 30-day period will be considered late.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 25% of the final balance, every 30 days, until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. Payment Methods:

We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer or using the link on your invoice.
Please ensure that payments are made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4. Credit Checks

By placing an order, the company acknowledges that a credit search and assessment will be conducted by Wall2Wall Security Ltd as part of the associated process.
This credit assessment will allow us to determine any appropriate credit limit for the company’s account. The credit limit will be based on the results of the credit search, taking into account factors such as financial history and creditworthiness.
Please note that the company’s account will be subject to this limit, and orders exceeding the approved credit limit may not be processed unless alternative arrangements are made.

5. Invoice Disputes:

Any disputes regarding invoices must be brought to our attention within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe will be construed as an acknowledgment of the accuracy and validity of the invoice.

6. Non-Payment:

In the event of non-payment or default, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to, collection agency involvement and legal action.
Associated administration fees will be charged at cost.
Goods remain the property of Walll2Wall Security Ltd until full payment is received. We reserve the right to recover our property if a payment settlement is not received in accordance with this document.

7. Suspension of Services:

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding balances are settled.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the suspension of services due to non-payment.

8. Taxes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governmental authorities related to the services rendered or products purchased.
The terms of this document are governed by UK legislation.

9. Refunds:

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.
Any refunds granted will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers through other appropriate channels.

11. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging our services or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Payment Terms and Conditions.
